JBは、コペンハーゲンはクリスチャニアの川辺で昼間からビールをあおり、道行く変わった形の自転車や放し飼いの犬を眺めていた。

暴力やハードドラッグが禁止された秩序立ったこの自治区は、ヒッピーが辿り着いた安住の地だ。人が旅をする大きな理由のひとつとして、自由への渇望がある。
その意味でこの地は、旅の終着点といえるかもしれない。しかしながら、この穏やかな風景と人々の満ち足りた表情に、JBは居心地の悪さを感じていた。
JBが渇望する自由と彼らの望んだ自由とは本質的に異なる。ここは、いうなれば自由が担保された社会だ。社会は安定に向かい、安定は倦怠を生む。
その倦怠こそが魂の自由を阻む者の正体だとJBは感じている。カナビスの匂いに背を向け、JBは楽園を去った。人生の倦怠に抗うために。

JB is having a daytime beer at the riverside of Christiania, Copenhagen. He is looking at the strange shaped bike and unleashed dogs that goes by.

It is a safe haven for hippies because violence and hard drugs is prohibited in this well-organized autonomous region.
One of the main reasons why people travel is to crave for freedom. This land, in that sense, could be the final destination of the journey. However, JB felt uncomfortable by the contented look of the citizens and the peaceful landscape.
JB is craving for freedom but the freedom in this city is essentially different.
This is a society which freedom has been secured.
Society becomes stable but stability breeds boredom.
JB thinks that boredom is the identity to obstruct the freedom of your soul.
JB turns away from the smell of marijuana and left the paradise to refuse the boredom of life.

俗に「綺麗な薔薇には棘がある」と言うけれど、棘のない薔薇なんてあるかっつーの！

棘があってこその薔薇でしょ！いわば棘は薔薇のアイデンティティなんだから！それを何？
さも「いくら美しくたって棘があるから気をつけて」みたいな言い草！まるで薔薇が性悪女みたいじゃん！
それじゃ言わせてもらいますけどね、スズランとかどうなのよ！薔薇はせいぜい指を軽く怪我するだけだけど、
スズランなんか食べたら下手したら死ぬからね！あっちの方がよっぽど性悪女じゃない！
公平に「綺麗なスズランには猛毒（最悪、死に至る可能性アリ）がある」ってことわざを言い伝えなさいよ！
薔薇ばっかり悪い風に言わないで！ちょっとは薔薇の気持ちも考えて！

They say "rose have thorns" but are there any rose without thorns?

Knowing that, people still say "rose is beautiful but be careful because there are thorns"! It sounds as if a rose is a wicked woman! Okay, then how about lily of the valley?
Rose only slightly hurts your fingers but lily of the valley can sometimes kill people by eating them! If you compare, lily of the valley is definitely the wicked woman!
To be fair, make a saying “lily of the valley have deadly poison (possibly fatal)"!
Don't say bad rumors of the rose only! Make a little consideration to the rose, will ya?

FLAGは国際線のパイロットだ。大勢の乗客の命を預かる身として、常に体調管理に余念がない。

まずは睡眠。寝不足はフライトの大敵だ。毎日15時間は寝る。
そして食事。スタミナ不足もパイロットにとって避けるべき事態。1日8食は食べるようにしている。
さらに、操縦技術の向上のため、フライトシミュレーションゲームを毎日5時間くらいやる。
食べて寝てゲームして、1日が終わる。よく考えれば単なるろくでなしだ。え？飛行機の操縦？そんな暇なんかない！

FLAG is an international flight pilot.
For passenger’s safety, he always spurs in health management.

First, sufficient sleep. Lack of sleep is an enemy to his job. He sleeps daily for at least 15 hours.
